Top Free Agent Prize Re-ups With Pawtucket

Breaking news ----
The free agency bonanza has ended for ace pitcher Jerrod Wall.
After making stops in Memphis,Colorado & Tucson among other places.
He has made the decision to stay in Pawtucket.
He and the Lidos have agreed to terms on a new 5 year $110,000,000 deal.

He was the last domino to fall in what was a tremendously busy FA period in HC this season.

World Rules

1)Prospect Payroll Budget Cap

The prospect budget must never exceed $30 million in a given season.

A franchise can begin the season with a initial budget number of less than the cap of $30 million and then transfer budget amounts up to the cap number of $30 million. However said franchise cannot exceed the stated figure of $30 million(ie begin with a initial budget of $20 million and then transfer budget amounts up to $31 million)

2)Minimum Winning %

All owners agree to maintain a respectable winning % during their time with the league.

They agree to maintain a winning % of no less than .407(66 wins) over the course of a full season and no less than a winning % of .350 at any time during the season or face immediate expulsion from the league should it be deemed that the owner was attempting to throw the season or games.

The results will be monitored on a per season basis.

Any 100 loss season will fall under immediate review.

The review includes but is not limited to a audit of the ML roster, ML payroll, prospect budget & etc.

Should it be deemed that the owner was attempting to tank they will be immediately expelled from the league.

3) Agree To Field A Competitive Major League Team.

All owners agree to field a competitve major league team.

Failure to adhere to this rule is grounds for automatic expulsion from the world.

This includes but not limited to agreeing to the following terms and conditions

- Not playing players grossly out of position(ie a 2B at the SS position)

- Maintaining a legitimate roster capable of playing a full season

- Not allowing severely fatigued players to take the field(ie a pitcher taking the mound or position player taking the field at 60% or lower)

- Maintaining the pitching staff to include ensuring proper ML caliber players are in the rotation(ie no pitchers with significantly below ML standards of control(50), splits(60) or pitch quality(69))

- Ensuring that there are no career minor league types on the ML roster(ie 50-60 rated players who are barely good enough to play in AAA)

- Ensuring that the AI is not running your ML team

4) Ensure Proper Care of Your Minor League System.

All owners agree to field a competive minor league system at all levels of the minors.

There will be a zero tolerance policy for teams who either intentionally or unintentionally allow players to play grossly out of position or with severe fatigue(ie 30% or lower).
